About Język Polski-Jest Super!

Język Polski-Jest Super! (Polish Language Is Great!) was founded by Anna Gardocki in Orland Park, Illinois, with a simple mission: to give Polish-American kindergarteners a joyful, curriculum-aligned path to learning their heritage language.

The materials grew out of years of classroom experience teaching Polish to young children in the Chicago metropolitan area. What started as handmade worksheets evolved into a four-part series of workbooks and matching flashcard sets, each designed with the kindergarten learner at the center — colorful, hands-on, and developmentally appropriate.

Every workbook in the series follows a seasonal theme — Sky & School, Spring & Flowers, Garden & Sunshine, and Family & Home — anchoring language learning in the familiar world of a five-year-old. Vocabulary, writing practice, and comprehension activities build naturally from one part to the next.

The matching flashcard sets extend classroom learning, giving teachers and students a hands-on tool for vocabulary reinforcement, games, and independent practice.

Today, Język Polski-Jest Super! materials are used in Polish Saturday schools, heritage language programs, and bilingual classrooms across the United States. We are proud to be a small, family-run business serving Polish-American communities.
