Products
What age group are these materials designed for?↓
Our workbooks and flashcards are designed for kindergarten-aged children, typically ages 4–6. They are used in Polish Saturday schools, heritage language programs, and bilingual kindergarten classrooms.
Are the materials in Polish, English, or both?↓
The content — vocabulary, activities, and stories — is entirely in Polish. Teacher notes and activity instructions are available in both Polish and English to support teachers who may not be native Polish speakers.
Do I need to use all four workbooks?↓
The series is designed to be sequential, with each part building on vocabulary and skills from the previous one. However, each workbook also works as a standalone unit. We recommend starting with Part 1 for beginning learners.
Are the flashcards in Polish only?↓
Yes — the flashcards are entirely in Polish. Each card features a Polish word, its illustration, and a simple sentence on the reverse.
Are sample pages available?↓
We're happy to send sample pages on request. Please contact us at gardocki139@gmail.com and we'll send you a preview of the materials.
Ordering
Is there a minimum order quantity?↓
No. You can order as few as one of any item. There are no minimum order requirements.
How do I place an order?↓
Fill out the order request form on our For Schools page. We'll confirm your order within one business day and email you a PDF invoice.
Do flashcards come with the workbooks?↓
Yes — every workbook purchase includes its matching flashcard set. Parts 1, 2, and 3 also include activity stickers. Flashcards are not sold separately. You can order an individual book ($12, includes flashcards) or the complete set of all four books and all four flashcard sets ($48).
How long does it take to receive my order?↓
We'll confirm your order within one business day. Delivery timing depends on your location — local Chicagoland orders are typically fulfilled within a few business days.
Invoicing & Payment
What are your payment terms?↓
Payment terms are specified on your invoice. We accept cash or check payable to Anna Gardocki.
How do I receive my invoice?↓
A PDF invoice is automatically emailed to you after we confirm your order. The invoice includes your school name, order details, and payment instructions.
What payment methods do you accept?↓
We accept cash or check, payable to Anna Gardocki. We do not currently accept credit card or online payment.
Can I include a purchase order (PO) number on my invoice?↓
Yes. When submitting your order request, include your school's PO number in the Additional Notes field and we'll add it to your invoice.
Is sales tax charged?↓
Sales tax varies by situation. Please contact us if you have questions about tax exemption for your school or district.
Shipping
Do you offer local pickup?↓
Yes — local pickup is available in the Chicagoland area. Select the pickup option on the order form and we'll coordinate the details with you after confirming your order.
Do you ship outside of the Chicagoland area?↓
Yes. We ship to schools anywhere in the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on order size and destination, and are added to your invoice.
Do you ship internationally?↓
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Please contact us if you have special circumstances.
